The Challenge
Box Hill Institute's enrolment experience was creating significant barriers for both students and internal teams. The process was limited to desktop, making it difficult for prospective students, particularly mobile-first users, to complete their applications. Enrolment relied heavily on manual workflows, with documents being shared back and forth between students and staff, which slowed the process down, increased administrative burden, and drove up drop off rates.
From a marketing perspective, there was a critical visibility gap. Campaign performance could not be tracked end to end because users were redirected to a separate enrolment platform on a different URL. This meant BHI had no clear view of which campaigns, channels, or messages were actually driving completed enrolments, severely hindering optimisation and ROI.
